Project managed the national network upgrade of 300+ Apple stores to Metro-Ethernet on time and on budget, coordinating cross-company resources for WTH, Inc.

OmniTicket  is the premier ticketing / access control provider to the theme park industry with customers including Walt Disney World and 400+ clients around the globe.   Responsibilities include proposal development, competitive information, SOWs, and technical documentation using Dell TOAD Data Modeler.  Also developed schematics using Microsoft Visio, SnagIt, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Subcontracting to NCR sales and project management of national retail store network upgrade for Apple. Cross sold networking services to increase revenue by $427,000 at Apple.  Consistently "exceeded expectations" and ranked highest in performance.   Also project managed nationwide IT projects including a national network upgrade for all the Apple stores nationwide and infrastructure upgrade nationwide for WalMart.
